Camou College Of Creativity is building a high-performance creative education team. We train the next generation of media and design professionals inside a real production environment — which means the people who teach and support our students must operate at industry standard, not classroom theory alone.
We are selective by design. Camou runs on a clear, KPI-driven talent development system: everyone who joins us knows what strong performance looks like, how their work is measured, and how they grow. If you take pride in your craft, deliver real output, and want your work to shape the next generation of creative talent, we want to hear from you.
Our Culture
What It Means to Work at Camou
Our culture is built on a simple idea: performance is defined clearly, measured fairly, and rewarded honestly. Across every role, we look for four things.
Developing talent
Your success is measured by how far your students and juniors go, not only by what you produce yourself.
Professional capability
You bring real, current, industry-grade skill to everything you do.
Discipline & standards
You hold yourself and your students to professional standards, deadlines, and project quality.
Staying ahead
You keep learning, adopt new tools — including AI-assisted creative workflows — and add to Camou’s reputation in the industry.
This is not a place for coasting. It is a place for people who want to be excellent, be measured fairly, and be recognised for real impact.

Lecturer Applications
We are looking for lecturers who are practitioners first and educators second — people who have done the work, shipped real projects, and can teach students to produce at the level the industry actually demands.
What we expect from every Camou lecturer
- Hold a strong professional portfolio of real creative work.
- Bring genuine industry or production experience — not academic background alone.
- Teach to practical, production-grade creative standards.
- Guide students toward industry-level output — work that could stand in a real studio or client project.
- Work within a performance culture: discipline, project quality, and KPI-based teaching expectations.
Lecturer Levels
We recognise teaching talent at four levels. Where you enter depends on the strength of your portfolio, your industry experience, your teaching ability, and your standing in the field.
